1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Needle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Needle.
2. What Needle does
Needle is an AI email and productivity workspace. It can help summarize inboxes, prepare draft replies, identify follow-ups, extract tasks, detect calendar requests, remember relationship context, and flag possible risks.
Needle is not a replacement for your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, sending, or rejecting any draft, suggestion, summary, task, or recommendation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep your account access secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, workspace, connected accounts, or authorized integrations.
4. Connected email and calendar accounts
Needle may allow you to connect Gmail, Outlook, custom email, SMTP, and Google Calendar accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize Needle to access the data required to provide the features you enable.
5. Approval-first workflows
Needle is designed to prepare work for approval. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise and you explicitly configure it, Needle should not send emails or take external actions without your approval.
6. AI-generated content
Needle may generate summaries, drafts, tasks, reminders, labels, relationship notes, risk warnings, and other outputs. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it, or using it for business, legal, financial, medical, employment, or other important decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Needle to:
- violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- send spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or abusive communications;
- access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
- use Needle to process data you are not allowed to process;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
8. Workspaces and team use
If you create or join a workspace, your access may be controlled by workspace owners or admins. Workspace admins may manage members, connected accounts, roles, settings, and workspace data depending on the plan and configuration.
9. Plans, trials, and billing
Needle may offer free, paid, trial, and workspace plans. Plan limits, pricing, billing periods, and included features may change over time. If a trial requires a payment method, charges may begin after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Paid subscriptions are handled through the billing provider shown at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the checkout terms before purchasing or starting a trial.
10. Third-party services
Needle integrates with third-party services such as email providers, calendar providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using Needle, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
12. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Needle at any time, including features, limits, integrations, plans, and availability. We may also perform maintenance or restrict access to protect the service or users.
13. Beta and experimental features
Some Needle features may be experimental, in preview, or not generally available. These features may change, break, produce inaccurate results, or be removed without notice.
14. Disclaimers
Needle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Needle will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Needle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Needle if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the product in a harmful or unlawful way.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product or another reasonable method. Continued use of Needle after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
